Entry-Level Soccer Play at FWMSC
Starting in the Federal Way Mod Soccer Club (FWMSC) the entry level soccer player learns the fundamentals of soccer and a passion for the game. FWMSC serves the U5 to U12 soccer player that is learning the game of soccer. Coaches are typically volunteers/ parents, but take the coaching seriously.

Continued Development at FWFC
Federal Way Football Club (FWFC) offers a variety of programming in Federal Way to include three levels of play - Recreational, Select, and Premier. Recreational soccer is offered to players who turn 12. Select and Premier offer different levels of competitive soccer for the 7 to 18 year old soccer player. FWFC also offers Supplemental training to MOD players twice a year to enhance their development.
Whether it be the highest competitive level at Premier, mid-level competitive at Select, or Recreational play, FWFC has the right soccer opportunity for all.

Junior RCL
Year-round Competitive
Junior RCL is Premier soccer but aimed at player development for U8 and U9 boys and girls. Participation is limited regionally with less games in the fall and spring.

Premier Soccer
Year-round Highly Competitive
Training under professional, licensed coaches with experience that range from club soccer in England to MLS Youth Academies the U10 - U19 player looking to develop and play at the highest level the state of Washington provides play Premier soccer. Players train 2-3 nights a week and play in the Regional Club League. Federal Way FC has been identified as one of the top 18 clubs in the state that can call their program premier and play in the RCL.

Select Soccer
Year-round Mid-level Competitive
FWFC also has mid-level competition at the Select level of play, in the South Sound United League (SSUL). Select play offers U12-U19 players the ability to train more frequently and higher expectations than the recreational player. Select coaches go through an application process and provide training at a higher level than the typical recreational coach. Players train more frequently than the recreational player and as members of FWFC they will have the ability to do club programming to hone their soccer skills as time allows.

Recreational Soccer
After U12, (under 12) the recreational player transitions from FWMSC (MOD) soccer to FWFC. U12 soccer players are typically players that love to play soccer, but love to play other sports or have a full slate of activities outside of soccer. U12 to U19 players move from in house leagues to the SSUL where they play teams along the I-5 corridor from West Seattle to Olympia. As members of FWFC they will have the ability to do club programming to hone their soccer skills as time allows.
