Registration Process
No in person tryouts for 2020:
Since we cannot have in-person tryouts in late April/early May due to the Covid-19 restrictions, we are implementing an alternative player-placement program that has been approved by all RCL Clubs.
Tryout Registration is now open, for both returning players and players new to FWFC!
If interested in playing for FWFC for the 2020-21 season, please register for tryouts today (no charge).
Current FWFC Player Registration: We will begin offering roster spots and registering players to teams who were members of FWFC last season on May 1.
Players that played US Club, USDA or players from within our rec program can also be offered roster spots and begin to register on May 1st.
If a player registers for a FWFC tryouts and the player was with another RCL club for the 2019-2020 season, a member of the FWFC Coaching Staff is allowed to communicate with the player/player’s family BUT not offer an opportunity to register until May 5th.
New Registrants Instructions:
Step 1: Create your new member account.
You'll be asked to create a member account if you don't already have one, The member account should be the parent/guardian or responsible party of the player. Simply click the "Register Here" button below the login when asked to log in to the registration system.
Step 2: Enter Participant Information.
Your player is the "participant." After you create your new member account, you'll need to select "Add Participants" you will be asked to fill in all player information.
Step 3: Complete Player registration.
Choose the age group for your player and click "select" and then hit continue at the bottom. You will need to fill out the player information. You'll be asked if you want to volunteer, and the roles available, select continue unless volunteering for one. You will be taken to the check out screen. If playing premier, you will select pay in full or a payment due date, select continue, and will then be directed to pay.
Step 4: Payment.
Enter your credit card information for payment. *Please note, credit card information is never stored on our website. You can then choose to pay by check or by debit or credit card online. If paying by check, you will need to select that from the drop down menu. Your registration is completed when you receive your confirmation email. Sports Connect now charges a service fee for each payment, along with a credit card processing fee as well.
If an RCL player decides to leave an RCL club to join another club, players must be current on all club dues and fees, including team fees. Players not current will not be released until all fees are paid in full.
