Frequently Asked Questions

How do you register players?

Registration for Mod is done through the Sign Up page on this website. When to register varies on the season. It is vital that parents monitor this website to stay in tune with club registration information and deadlines. We make every effort to accommodate all interested players; however a "first-come, first-placed" policy is followed for all non-select teams.

If you want your child to play up, you must register him/her at his/her proper age and give the player registration form to your coach. When the coach turns in his/her Team Registration Worksheet all the players listed (including the ones playing up) will be assigned to that team.

In the FW Mod Soccer Club, a player may play down (age level) if in the opinion of their coach, and an appropriate expert, it would be detrimental to their physical and or/ mental well being to play in their own age group. A written request and verifying documents must be submitted to the FWM Soccer Club Board of Directors for their approval.

The player's age and sex.

The school or neighborhood the player attends/lives.

Available space on a team.

For placement of players new to the FW Mod Soccer Club, please contact the appropriate Age Group Coordinator listed on the Mod Club Officers webpage.
