Meeting called to order at 7:13 PM by Eric Poortvliet – Vice President

 

Quorum present - A quorum of the club shall consist of six (6) Board members, with at least three (3) of them being elected officers. Sign-In sheet attached.

•        Girls age group - have 10 teams and one team won’t need uniforms

•        Will contact coaches to see who needs uniforms

•        Girls age group - 9 girls have not registered or turned in their paperwork

 

U9 Coordinators

•        Some teams have move to Federal Way United

•        Players have registered and not turned in their paperwork

 

U10 Coordinators

•        Boys age group – down 3 teams from 11 teams last year

•        There is missing paperwork

•        Girls age group – a whole team moved to the Junior Development League

 

Old Business

 

Mod Summer Camp

•        Moved to July 27th – July 30th.  

•        Kimberly Miller – Olson will do the promotion for the mod camp to increase the attendance at the camp

 

New Business

 

Fall Registration

•        July 19th coaches clinic

•        Decided to have another registration date on July 20th at Karl Grosch from 5:00 – 7:00 PM.  Will be the last registration date for U7 – U10 players

•        Coaches can pickup their packets on July 27th.  Will try to have equipment pickup at the same time.  Action:  Eric Poortvliet will contact Helena Currette about the equipment.

•        Coordinators will turn in their team registration to their registrar by July 22nd.

 

Suggestions

•        Have coaches contact players from last year to ask them if they registered for Fall Mod Soccer

•        Next meeting – discuss the direction that mod soccer is heading
