OLD BUSINESS:

  • Spring Season-
    • We will need volunteers for the first and second weekends of the season for t-shirt and sign in.
    • Age group coordinators don’t have to do anything for Spring because of the academy style format.
    • We need more coaches that want to help.
    • We decided that for Spring, coaches and board members have to pay for their child to play.
    • Registration ends on Friday.
    • Sharon will look into being able to store the spring season equipment in the concession stand or maintenance shed at Saghalie because that’s where spring soccer is being held.
    • We need volunteers to set up the goals.
  • We will make up a form for parents and a soccer rep to sign stating that we have seen the childs birth certificate and we will note their birthday instead of keeping a copy of the birth certificate.
  • We need to send Fall League fliers out in May.  Melissa will help with this.

GOOD OF THE GAME:

  • Just a reminder that Soccer Palooza will be held on April 26th.  Federal Way has several people up for awards.  Congratulations!!!
