BOARD MEETING MINUTES

April 12, 2008

The meeting of the Federal Way Modified Soccer Club was called to order by President Heather Hamashima at 6:30 pm on Monday, April 12^th.

A Quorum was achieved. (A Quorum of the club shall consist of 6 (six) board members with at least 3 (three) of them being elected officers.)

NEW BUSINESS:

• Fall registration was discussed. New state deadlines require that teams register earlier and the Club has all players assigned by August 1^st. There will be a team registration night at the FW Regional library in June for teams to turn in paperwork.
• Sharon Woodford presented options for fall fund raisers. Board selected the candy fund raiser (one box of 50 pieces sold at $1 per item).
• Appointed Sandy Bjork as Treasurer for the Club. Board approved nomination.

Meeting adjourned at 6:55 pm.
