Meeting called to order at 7:08 PM by Perry Woodford – Association President
Welcome – Perry Woodford
• 5 or 6 weeks ago – WYS (Washington Youth Soccer) decided not use Bonzi and go with a new
company - Korrio
• Explained the history of WYS using Bonzi
• WYS is pushing for all the Associations to meet with Korrio and learn about their program
• There is nothing said that we have to change to Korrio
• 98% of the state went with Bonzi when the switch was made
• Introduction of people in the room
Guest Speaker – Danny Jackson
Danny Jackson - Korrio
• Powerpoint presentation
• Retired from playing professional soccer
• Korrio started 2 ½ years ago
• When you log in – you log into your own personal world of Korrio
• Direct manipulation based upon your world
• Every kid, parent, manager and coach has their own account
• 4 things that they do
1. Make things easy
2. Make things integrated
3. Make things safe and secure
4. Make things mobile
• Everything is communicated through Korrio
• Parents have the same editing rights as kids. There was a concern about kids being able to change
their information. Parents will receive everything that the kids receive
• Price locked in for 3 years if you sign with Korrio
• Charge: transaction fees ($2.00) for 2 years, registration format and team formation, every time they
register (example $2.00 registrations, tryouts, etc). Any registration we take from now to March 31
they give back the money that they charge us
• Support – if something breaks for us it will break for everyone because they are web-base
• System doesn't charge late fees but you can manipulate the system to add an late fee
• Korrio Ecosystem: player, parent, fan, club, coach, manager. They are going to add referees in the
future
• Website: Association, club and then all your teams. Each club can be color coded and then each
team
Questions were asked by people attending the meeting
Our Association has chosen not to let people pay by credit card because no company at this time has the
ability to charge different amounts for registration fees
Meeting adjourned at 8:50 PM
