Committee Reports:
1. Finance -
No report.
2. Calendar Committee -
* No change since last meeting. Planning to revise calendar but currently waiting for FWMSC to revise their registration process which will affect the calendar. FWMSC is currently working on revisions to registration process.
* Website update and ordering of calendar software will occur after completion of Tracy Whitney Jamboree.
* State Cup dates are currently changing so preparing calendar with those dates is difficult.
* If Clubs have known dates for the calendar, please email them to Sharon Woodford and shell start identifying and preparing information for the calendar.

Communication
Parent Action Committee
· This item is still being worked on.
· Jeff Knutson was nominated to be the Chairperson of this Committee. Cory Zimmer will contact him and ask Jeff to Chair the Committee.
Mod Club Registration

· Mod Club has formed a committee to revise the registration process.
·
Eric Poortvliet has agreed to organize this
work.
Fundraising Committee
· Group is still researching what can be done.
· Need to check with Darlin Boudreau regarding the 501©3 rules.
FAQ document for
non-select teams -
· Sharon Woodford started work on this issue and has prepared a draft document.
· GU9 coach asking questions about FWU which indicates the importance of having this document in place. Question was regarding coaching and certification.
· PDL has determined that coaches need a C license to coach U13 and above.
Mod Presidents
Report -
· Past Transition of U10 teams to FWU went well; Spring League was in a different format so was a success but has glitches to resolve; Mod Summer Camp run by Rob Walker was well attended and players enjoyed it.
· Future Registration Committee in process of working on more efficient registration process for players and coaches; Transition of U10 teams to FWU will also be a priority again; FWSA bill for registration fees for past years needs to be addressed and resolved.
