Meeting Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m.

The minutes for January meeting were approved.

PRESIDENT’S REPORT- No Report.

VICE-PRESIDENT’S of Admin REPORT- No Report.

TREASURER’S REPORT- Report was passed out.

SECRETARY’S REPORT- No Report.

REGISTAR’S REPORT- Not Present.

RISK MANAGEMENT- No Report.

2^nd VP of Development – Not Present.

FIELD’S REPORT – Saghalie and Decatur are on the table – Decatur needing lights and turf at Saghalie. Need a plan as to what the partnership will be.

FW MOD- AGM is in March.

FW UNITED- Working on tryouts.

DISTRICT 3 REPORT – AGM is in March.

WEBMASTER- Spent a lot of time working on new website. Very close to done.

2^nd VP of Administration – No Report.

COMMITTEE REPORTS – State Cup is in progress.

Referee Report – AGM is Feb. 21^st. 3 open positions.

OLD BUSINESS- PDL – Next meeting is Monday Feb. 19th. Lots of talk about Spring and Fall leagues. Will increase to 20 clubs in Fall.

NEW BUSINESS – Council meeting was in January.

GU15 and above – A proposal is in place to move them to Spring in 2008. Soccer Fair is the end of April. A motion was made to get a room for Saturday night for Perry at Soccer Fair. Motion passed.

Bylaw proposals were passed out and reviewed.

GOOD OF THE GAME- Good Luck teams in State Cup
